摘要
山西长治某矿区生活污水一期工程设计规模2 500 m!3/d,处理工艺为生物接触氧化法,已无法实现生活污水量达5 000 m!3/d的处理。基于以上情况,该矿区生活污水二期处理系统采用IBR生物处理工艺,建设规模为3 000 m!3/d。对IBR生物处理工艺技术特征及在二期工程中的实施情况进行了分析,每年可节约水资源费271.01万元,环境效益显著。
The design scale of the first phase project of domestic sewage in a certain mining area in Changzhi,Shanxi is 2500 m3/d,and the treatment process is biological contact oxidation method.It is no longer possible to achieve the treatment of domestic sewage up to 5000 m3/d.Based on the above situation,the second phase of the domestic sewage treatment system in the mining area adopts the IBR biological treatment process,with a construction scale of 3000 m3/d.The technical characteristics of IBR biological treatment process and its implementation in the second phase of the project were analyzed,and it can save 2.7101 million yuan in water resource costs annually,with significant environmental benefits.
