摘要
随着新合肥西站建设的推进,合安九城际铁路、商合杭高铁等新建线路的引入,合肥铁路钟表型枢纽建设逐渐成型。基于此,结合合肥城市总体规划、交通特征及交通发展战略与政策,制定合肥铁路枢纽客运站候选分工方案。采用车站及区间能力计算方法,分析各主要客运站、运输通道及配套设施运输能力的适应性,研判合肥铁路枢纽客运站分工条件下的运输组织瓶颈,总结枢纽中点线能力的薄弱环节。经研究,推荐方案除合安九高铁外,现有车站线路衔接状况未发生改变;合安九高铁、合新高铁接入合肥西站;沪渝蓉高铁接入合肥南站;合新六城际接入合肥西站,并通过联络线接入合肥站、合肥南站;合巢马城际接入合肥南站,并通过联络线接入合肥站。该方案枢纽能力瓶颈存在于淮南铁路水家湖—合肥东下行场区间,后续优化过程中还需重点关注。
With the construction of Hefeixi Railway Station and the introduction of new lines such as Hefei-Anqing-Jiujiang Intercity Railway and Shangqiu-Hefei-Hangzhou HSR,the Hefei railway hub with a shape like clock has gradually taken shape.Based on this,in combination with the overall urban planning,traffic characteristics and transportation development strategies and policies of Hefei,an optional division scheme for railway passenger stations in Hefei is formulated.The calculation method of station and section capacity is adopted to analyze the transport capacity of main passenger stations,transport corridors and supporting facilities,study and identify the bottleneck of transport organization under the division of labor of railway passenger stations in Hefei and summarize the weak links of hub midpoint line capacity.According to the study,except for Hefei-Anqing-Jiujiang HSR,the connection of existing stations has not changed in the recommended scheme;Hefei-Anqing-Jiujiang HSR and Hefei-Xinyi HSR are connected to Hefeixi Station;Shanghai-Chongqing-Chengdu HSR is connected to Hefeinan Station;Hefei-Xinqiao-Liu’an Intercity Railway is connected to Hefeixi Station and Hefei Station and Hefeinan Station through connecting lines;Hefei-Chaohu-Ma'anshan Intercity Railway is connected to Hefeinan Station and Hefei Station through connecting lines.The bottleneck of this scheme lies in the Shuijiahu-Hefeidong Yard Section(down-direction)of Huainan Railway,which needs to be paid attention to in the subsequent optimization process.
