摘要 合理地确定最优黑启动方案对确保电网安全稳定运行具有重要意义。提出一种全新的基于遗传算法和评分一致性的黑启动权重确定方法。首先对余弦相似性、Pearson相关系数、均方差相似性等常用的相似性方法进行比较,筛选出最优相似性方法。然后将指标权重假设为一组n维变量,计算电力黑启动恢复方案评分向量。选取代表性的黑启动评价方法,采用筛选出的最优相似性法计算代表性方法评分向量与本文评价方法评分向量的一致性,构造黑启动评价方法总相似性最大适应度函数,采用遗传算法确定指标权重最优解。最后,应用于实际黑启动数据集,验证了所提方法的有效性。 It is important to determine the optimal black-start scheme to ensure the safe and stable operation of power system.A novel black-start evaluation method is proposed based on genetic algorithm and scoring consistency.Firstly,the common similarity methods such as cosine similarity,Pearson correlation coefficient and mean square deviation similarity are compared,and the best similarity method is obtained.Then,the weights of indexes are assumed to be a set of n variables,and the assessment vector of black-start schemes is calculated.The representative black-start decision making methods are selected,and the consistencies between representative methods and the proposed method are calculated by the optimal similarity method.A black-start evaluation method total similarity maximum fitness function is constructed,the optimal index weights are determined by genetic algorithm.Finally,the effectiveness of proposed method is verified in real black-start data set.
