摘要
职业本科教育是职业教育高移化后催生的新生事物,其专业教学标准开发亟须解决专业设置不合理、教学定位模糊、知识转化机制落后等问题。基于“根植性”理论,职业本科教育专业教学标准开发应遵循三重逻辑:在要素选择上,实现统筹规划兼顾自主设置;在场域划定上,紧密匹配市场人才需求;在准则研制上,把握基本脉络和操作规范。为此,围绕开发对象、专业内容、实践途径、匹配标准、承接功能等要素,可以构建专业教学标准开发的五维理论框架。面向实践,开发职业本科教育专业教学标准过程中,需要重点构建职教本科课程体系,创设专业实践教学规范,形成书证融通认证机制,为培养高层次技能人才提供新动能。
Vocational undergraduate education is a new phenomenon born out of the high-level transformation of vocational education.The development of professional teaching standards urgently needs to address issues such as unreasonable program settings,vague teaching positioning,and outdated knowledge transformation mechanisms.Based on the embeddedness theory,the development of professional teaching standards in vocational undergraduate education should follow a triple logic.In the selection of elements,achieve comprehensive planning while considering autonomous setings.In the delineation of fields,closely match market demand for talents.In the formulation of criteria,grasp the basic framework and operational norms.Therefore,focusing on the development objects,professional content,practical approaches,matching standards,and carrying functions,a five-dimensional theoretical framework for the development of professional teaching standards can be constructed.During the process,it is necessary to focus on constructing a vocational undergraduate curriculum system,establishing standardized professional practice teaching,and forming a mechanism for the integration of certification through documents.All of them are to provide new impetus for the cultivation of high-level skilled talents.
