摘要
皮尔格温轧是无缝钛管生产的主要加工工序之一,而轧辊孔型设计是影响温轧生产效率和成品质量的关键因素。针对规格为Φ101.6 mm×9.7 mm的TC4S钛合金无缝管,分别采用SMS MEER法和Shevakin法设计了考虑温轧条件的轧辊环形孔型曲线。在此基础上建立轧辊、坯料和芯棒的3D模型,结合实际工艺参数和试验获取的材料参数,建立该规格无缝管的皮尔格温轧有限元模型。基于Abaqus/Explict软件平台,对两种方法设计的轧管模型开展仿真模拟,对比分析温轧过程中轧制力、不均匀变形程度和尺寸精度等变化规律。结果表明:Shevakin法的峰值轧制力和平均轧制力为6.01 MN和3.62 MN,相比于MEER设计法对应值分别低23.0%和14.2%,而外径相对偏差和壁厚相对偏差则较小,变形稳定性和尺寸精度相应较高,表明Shevakin法更适合所述规格管材的皮尔格轧辊孔型设计。
Pilger warm rolling is one of the main procedure for seamless titanium tube production,and the design of roll hole shape is a key factor affecting the production efficiency and product quality of the warm rolling.For the specific specification of TC4S titanium alloy seamless tube with size ofΦ101.6 mm×9.7 mm,the ring hole curve considering warm rolling conditions was designed by SMS MEER method and Shevakin method respectively.3D models of rolls,billets and mandrels were established,and a Pilger warm rolling FE model of the tube was established with actual process parameters and material parameters obtained from experiment.Based on Abaqus/Explict software platform,simulation of the rolling models designed by above two methods was carried out,and the change rules of rolling force,uneven deformation degree and size accuracy were compared and analyzed.The results show that the peak rolling force and average rolling force ofShevakin method are 6.01MN and 3.62MN,which are 23.0%and 14.2%lower than the corresponding values of MEER design method,while the relative deviation of outer diameter and wall thickness are smaller,and the deformation stability and dimensional accuracy are higher accordingly,which indicates that Shevakin′s method is more suitable for the design of pilger roll holes for pipes of the stated specifications.
