摘要
直接氧化法环氧丙烷工艺的精制过程主要是环氧丙烷、甲醇、水组成的三元体系的分离,操作参数的变化会影响环氧丙烷与水发生水解反应的水解程度和环氧丙烷与甲醇发生醇解反应的醇解程度,最终影响产品收率。研究不同条件对直接氧化法环氧丙烷产品水解和醇解程度的影响,从而更好地指导生产。
In the distillation process,the direct oxidation process is mainly the separation of the ternary system composed of propylene oxide,methanol and water.The change of operating parameters will affect the reaction degree of propylene oxide with water and methanol,and impact on product yield.In this paper,the degree of hydrolysis and alcoholysis of propylene oxide in the system under different conditions was studied,in order to better guide production.
