钢中氢元素检测方法的创新与应用

摘要 钢铁中残留的氧、氮、氢等有害元素会严重影响钢材的性能和质量,高氢含量不仅会导致钢的延伸率和断面收缩率急剧下降,而且容易产生氢致裂纹缺陷。为改善钢材性能,提高钢材质量,积极探索有效降低钢材氢含量的方法,针对硬线产品积极开展钢种氢元素检测的方法研究,将适合自身的制样方法应用到实际生产中,达到出厂钢材产品质量过关、减少质量异议的目的。 The residual harmful elements such as oxygen,nitrogen,and hydrogen in steel can seriously affect the performance and quality of the steel.High hydrogen content not only leads to a sharp decrease in the elongation and cross-sectional shrinkage of the steel,but also easily leads to hydrogen induced cracking defects.In order to improve the performance and quality of steel,we actively explore effective methods to reduce the hydrogen content of steel,this paper actively carries out research on methods for detecting hydrogen elements in steel grades for hard wire products,and applies suitable sample preparation methods to actual production to achieve the goal of passing the quality standards of steel products and reducing quality objections.
