单核细胞增生李斯特菌定量质控样品的制备及定值的不确定度评价

摘要 将添加到复合保护剂中的单核细胞增生李斯特菌冷冻干燥,制备成干粉状定量质量控制样品。样品的稳定性和均匀性研究结果表明,其质量稳定且均匀性良好。特性量值定值的不确定度评价结果表明,其可用于食品微生物检测实验室质量监控。 A quality control sample of Listeria monocytogenes was prepared by freeze-drying Listeria monocytogenes cells in the presence of a composite cryoprotectant.The results of the homogeneity and stability study showed that the homogeneity and stability of the quality control sample of Listeria monocytogenes were stable and good.To evaluated the uncertainty in certification of the quality control sample of Listeria monocytogenes,it shows that it can be used for quality control in food testing laboratories.
