摘要
文章采用文献资料法和文本分析法,运用发展经济学、产业经济学和品牌学等多学科理论知识,以创新驱动发展战略推进产业转型升级,推动特色产业高质量发展的国家产业政策为导向,对中国武术赛事资源产业转化过程中遭遇的困境和应对策略进行了理性分析与思考。研究认为,武术赛事资源产业转化过程中面临着过度管控、市场资源倾斜和发展方向模糊等现实困境,迫切需要从改变“集中管控”模式,深化“放管服”改革策略;优化市场环境,市场与政府紧密结合、双向发力;坚持走产业化发展之路,不断提高武术产业核心竞争力等方面进行理性应对。
Based on the linterature study,text analysis and brainstorming,using the multidisciplinary theoretical knowledge of development economics,industrial economics and brand science,and guided by the national industrial policy of innovation-driven development strategy to promote industrial transformation and upgrading and promote the high-quality development of characteristic industries,this paper rationally analyzes and thinks about the difficulties and countermeasures in the process of resource industry transformation of Chinese martial arts events.The research shows that the centralized control mode of'national system'dispelled the vitality of Wushu competition industry confidence,the'single'vertical resource allocation mode reduced the horizontal communication benefit of Wushu competition,and the industrial development mode of'vague positioning'dismembered the core competitiveness of Wushu competition.It is urgent to change the mode of“centralized control”and deepen the reform strategy of“delegate powers,improve regulation,and strengthen services,”and optimize the market environment,market and government closely integrated,two-way efforts,and adher to the road of Industrialization and improve the core competence of Wushu Industry.
