摘要
行业的竞争本质是人才之间的竞争,医院想要在激烈的竞争中取胜,就一定要具备优秀的专业人才,以此来实现医院的长久发展。然而目前医院人力资源招聘管理中尚存在一些问题,使人才招聘工作进展不顺利,加之人才流失情况严重,不利于医院的发展。因此,本文通过对既往医院人才招聘工作现状进行总结、分析,并制定招聘工作的标准化流程,同时探究医院人才招聘管理工作质量提升策略,以提升人才招聘管理效率,为医院人才储备、人力资源开发夯实根基,从而满足医院的长期稳定发展。
The essence of competition in the industry is the competition among talents.If a hospital wants to win in the fierce competition,it must have excellent professional talents,so as to realize the long-term development of the hospital.However,there are still some problems in the human resources recruitment management of the hospital,which makes the recruitment work not progress smoothly,and the brain drain is serious,which is not conducive to the development of the hospital.Therefore,this paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation of hospital talent recruitment,formulates a standardized process for recruitment,and explores strategies for improving the quality of hospital talent recruitment management,so as to improve the efficiency of talent recruitment management and provide a basis for hospital talent reserves and human resource development.Lay a solid foundation to meet the long-term and stable development of the hospital.
