摘要
建立行之有效的考核体系对于住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)质量评价至关重要。目前,国际盛行的是里程碑(milestone)核心胜任力评价体系,通过阶段性评估住院医师能力水平,能够直接了解住院医师的成长轨迹。中山大学附属第一医院妇产科参考milestone评价体系并结合中国住院医师培训精英教学医院联盟设计的妇产科岗位胜任力要求,建立了一套以核心胜任力为导向的妇产科住培考核体系,拟解决目前妇产科住培考核存在的问题,如考核形式单一、目的不明确、内容宽泛等,形成可以量化的指标,便于专业基地跟踪评价培训效果。
Establishing an effective evaluation system for standardized residency training is significant.Nowadays,the milestone project is popular around the world.The educators can not only evaluate residents'ability in different stages,but also know about their development processes directly.OB/GYN Department in the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University establishes a new evaluation system based on core competency in residency training,on the basis of milestone project and the resident core competency milestone evaluation system in China Consortium of Elite Teaching Hospitals,aiming to improve the limitations in evaluation systems such as monotonous forms,ambiguous purposes and unspecific contents of assessment.The new system helps form quantitative indicators to compare and track the training effect among different training hospitals.
