离子色谱测量土壤中碳酸钙含量的研究

摘要 为准确测量土壤中碳酸钙含量,本研究建立了一种利用离子色谱测定土壤中碳酸钙含量的方法。土壤样品分别经稀盐酸溶液和超纯水提取,通过离子色谱测量2种提取液中钙离子含量,再将非碳酸钙贡献的钙离子含量扣除,最后计算得到土壤中碳酸钙的含量。离子色谱法检测发现钙离子在浓度为0~100 mg/L时,其浓度和仪器响应值间具有良好的线性相关性,相关系数R2为0.9998,检出限为0.009 g/kg。3个不同浓度水平的加标回收率在90.0%~104.7%之间,RSD分别为4.53%、0.50%和1.73%。离子色谱法相对传统气量法具有干扰小的优势,在分析相同样品时,二者的检测结果具有显著性差异。结果表明,离子色谱法测量土壤中碳酸钙具有选择性好、干扰小、准确度高等优势,是一种准确的测定土壤中碳酸钙含量的方法。 A method for determination of calcium carbonate in soil by ion chromatography was established.Soil samples were extracted with dilute hydrochloric acid solution and ultra-pure water respectively.The calcium ion contents in the two extracts were measured by ion chromatography.The calcium ion content contributed by non-calcium carbonate was then deducted,and finally,the calcium carbonate content in soil was calculated.Using ion chromatography,calcium ions had a good linear correlation between their concentration and the instrument response value at a concentration of 0-100 mg/L,with a correlation coefficient R2 of 0.9998 and the detection limit of 0.009 g/kg.The spiked recoveries at three different concentration levels ranged from 90.0% to 104.7%,with RSDs of 4.53%,0.50%,and 1.73%,respectively.Compared with the traditional gas volumetric method,ion chromatography has the advantage of less interference,and there is a significant difference in the detection results of the two methods when analyzing the same sample.Ion chromatography is an accurate method for determining the content of calcium carbonate in soil,with the advantages of good selectivity,less interference and high accuracy.
