摘要
目的:探讨参术二草汤预防非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)术后复发高危患者复发的临床效果。方法:以2019年1月—2020年12月山东省肿瘤医院内科收治的104例NSCLC术后复发高危患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为试验组与对照组,各52例。对照组予以常规辅助化疗,试验组在对照组基础上予以参术二草汤,对比两组治疗前后炎症因子水平、血清学指标水平及复发情况。结果:术前30 min,两组系统炎症指数(SII)、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、血小板与淋巴细胞比值(PLR)、单核细胞与淋巴细胞比值(MLR)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、细胞角蛋白21-1(CYFRA21-1)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1个月、3个月、6个月,两组SII、NLR、PLR、MLR、CEA、CYFRA21-1、NSE均低于术前30 min,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组癌症复发率为3.92%,低于对照组的23.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参术二草汤能够有效预防NSCLC术后复发高危患者复发,降低炎症反应。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Shenzhu Ercao Decoction in preventing recurrence of high risk recurrence patients with after non small cell lung cancer surgery.Method:A total of 104 patients with high risk of recurrence after non small cell lung cancer surgery were enrolled in the Internal Medicine Department of Shandong Cancer Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020.The patients were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 52 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine adjuvant chemotherapy,and the experimental group was treated with Shenzhu Ercao Decoction on the basis of the control group.The levels of inflammatory factors,serological indicators before and after treatment and recurrence between the two groups were compared.Result:At 30 min before surgery,there were no statistically significant differences in systemic inflammatory index(SII),neutral lymphoid ratio(NLR),platelet lymphoid ratio(PLR),mononuclear lymphoid ratio(MLR),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),cytokeratin 21-1(CYFRA21-1),neuron specific enolase(NSE)between the two groups(P>0.05).At 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after surgery,the SII,NLR,PLR,MLR,CEA,CYFRA21-1 and NSE of the two groups were all lower than 30 min before surgery,and the indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cancer recurrence rate in the experimental group was 3.92%,which was lower than 23.26%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenzhu Ercao Decoction can effectively prevent the recurrence of high risk recurrence patients with non small cell lung cancer after surgery,reduce inflammatory reaction.
