摘要
目的:探究中医情志护理对腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)患者的影响。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年3月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九一〇医院中医康复科治疗的110例LDH患者作为观察对象。根据随机数表法将其分为常规组与情志组,各55例。两组均给予常规治疗。常规组采用常规护理,情志组在常规组基础上采用中医情志护理。比较两组护理前及护理14 d后疼痛情况、抑郁与焦虑程度、中医症候积分及依从性。结果:护理14 d后,情志组视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理14 d后,情志组用药管理、康复锻炼、生活作息的依从性评分均明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理14 d后,情志组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)评分与汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)评分均明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理14 d后,情志组腰酸疼痛、下肢放射痛、下肢麻木、腿膝乏力评分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:予以LDH患者中医情志护理能够有效减轻患者疼痛,提高其依从性,改善不良情绪,减轻症状。
Objective:To explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing on patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Method:A total of 110 LDH patients treated in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Department of the 910th Hospital of the PLA Joint Logistic Support Force from January 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the observation objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into conventional group and emotional group,55 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment.The conventional group adopted conventional nursing,and the emotional group adopted traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing on the basis of the conventional group.The pain condition,depression and anxiety degree,and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores before and after 14 d of nursing,complicnce were compared between the two groups.Result:After 14 d of nursing,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the emotional group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 14 d of nursing,the scores of medication management,rehabilitation exercise,and daily routine compliance scores in the emotional group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 14 d of nursing,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)in the emotional group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 14 d of nursing,the scores of lumbar soreness and pain,lower limb radiating pain,lower limb numbness and leg and knee fatigue in the emotional group were lower than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing for patients with LDH can effectively relieve pain,improve compliance,improve bad mood and relieve symptoms.
