摘要
为阐明不同粘结剂组分对PcBN复合片微观组织和相态的影响及其作用机理,通过将立方氮化硼(cBN)与不同组分的TiC、Al、Co等进行共混并球磨细化,在高温(1450℃)、高压(5 GPa、5.5 GPa、6 GPa)下烧结制备了聚晶立方氮化硼(PcBN)复合片。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)等对不同质量分数的cBN-TiC-Al-Co烧结体的微观组织、各组分元素的分布及物相构成进行了分析表征。研究结果表明:cBN与Al在高温高压下反应生成了AlN、AlB2、AlB12等新物相,与Ti、Co在高温高压下反应成了TiN、TiB2、CoN、Co2B等新物相。
In order to elucidate the effect of different binder components on the microstructure and phase state of PcBN composite and its mechanism,the cubic boron nitride(cBN)and different component of TiC,Al,Co were milled and refined.Polycrystalline cubic boron nitride(PcBN)composite compact was prepared by sintering at high temperature(1450℃)and high pressure(5 GPa,5.5 GPa,6 GPa).The microstructure,distribution and phase composition of sintered samples with different mass fractions of cBN-TiC-Al-Co were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive analysis(EDS),X ray diffraction(XRD),et al.The results show that,cBN reacts with Al at high temperature and high pressure to form new phases such as AlN,AlB 2,AlB 12,and it reacts with Ti,Co at high temperature and high pressure to form new phases such as TiN,TiB 2,CoN and Co 2 B.
