摘要
某新氢压缩机电动机服役过程中转轴轴伸端出现多处不同程度的裂纹。通过对含裂纹断轴进行宏观形貌检查、微观检查、化学成分分析、力学性能检测和金相组织观察,分析其开裂失效的原因。结果表明:轴肩底部圆角部位存在加工刀痕,且转轴调质处理工艺不当,未得到正常调质后的金相组织,转轴材料的强度和韧性低,导致转轴在高速运转过程中和交变载荷的作用下产生疲劳开裂失效,失效类型为高周疲劳。
There are many cracks at the extended end of the rotating shaft during the service of the motor of a make-up hydrogen compressor.The causes of cracking and failure of the cracked shaft were analyzed by macro-morphology inspection,micro-examination,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property test and metallographic observation.The results show that there are machining tool marks in the fillet at the bottom of the shoulder,and the quenching and tempering process of the rotating shaft is improper,the metallographic structure after normal quenching and tempering is not obtained,the low strength and toughness of the rotating shaft material lead to fatigue,cracking and failure in the process of high-speed operation and alternating load,and the failure type is high-cycle fatigue.
