摘要
针对矿用带式输送机常规采用的异步电机结合减速器存在维护成本高、运行效率低、机械传感器易受矿井环境干扰等问题,研究了一种基于模型参考自适应系统(MRAS)的永磁同步电机(PMSM)无速度传感器控制方案。通过对基于MRAS的带式输送机PMSM无传感器系统进行仿真分析,发现该系统模型能准确稳定地检测转子的速度和位置,具有良好的动态性能和稳态性能。
The asynchronous motor combined with the reducer used in mine belt conveyors has problems,such as high maintenance cost,low operating efficiency,and easily disturbed mechanical sensors by the mine environment.To address these issues,we propose a sensorless control scheme of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)based on the model reference adaptive system(MRAS).Through the simulation of the PMSM speed sensorless system of belt conveyors based on MRAS,the results show that the system model can accurately and stably detect the speed and position of the rotor with good dynamic and steady performance.
