摘要
胡萝卜(Daucus carota L.)早期种植易发生未熟抽薹现象,选育耐抽薹品种是胡萝卜育种的重要目标,为了探索抽薹性状遗传机理,获得耐抽薹育种材料,本研究对229份不同抽薹性胡萝卜种质资源进行遗传多样性分析.结果表明:供试材料在抽薹性状上有较高的遗传多样性,4个抽薹性状中变异系数最大为抽薹率(231.36%),最小为现蕾期(120.38%),遗传多样性指数变化幅度不大,薹高、现蕾期、抽薹速度的遗传多样性指数均为1.21.聚类分析将229份抽薹性胡萝卜种质资源聚为4个类群(类群1为极耐抽薹品种;类群2为抽薹时间较长,且抽薹速度较低的品种;类群3的薹高与抽薹速度的变异系数最小,说明该类群种质资源在此性状上变异不大;类群4为极不耐抽薹品种).灰色关联度分析表明,抽薹率与抽薹速度成正相关,薹高与现蕾期成正相关,并选择现蕾期作为快速评价胡萝卜耐抽薹的指标.
Selecting and breeding the varieties that are resistant to bolting is an important goal of Daucus carota L.breeding since Daucus carota L.is prone to immature bolting during early planting.Therefore,genetic diversity analysis on 229 bolting Daucus carota L.germplasm resources is conducted to explore the genetic mechanism of bolting traits and obtain breeding materials for bolting tolerance.The results show that the tested materials have high genetic diversity in bolting traits.The highest coefficient of variation among the four bolting traits is bolting rate(231.36%),and the lowest is budding stage(120.38%),with little variation in the genetic diversity index.The genetic diversity index of bolting height,bolting stage and bolting speed is 1.21.A total of 229 bolting Daucus carota L.germplasm resources are clustered into 4 groups using cluster analysis.Group 1 is highly resistant to bolting.Group 2 is a variety with longer bolting time and lower bolting speed.The variation coefficients of bolting height and bolting speed in group 3 are the smallest,indicating that the germplasm resources of this group have little variation in this trait.Group 4 is highly resistant to bolting.Grey correlation analysis shows that bolting rate is positively correlated with bolting speed,and bolting height is positively correlated with bolting stage.The bolting stage is taken as the index for rapid evaluation of Daucus carota L.bolting tolerance.
