摘要
为探讨输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石伴肾积水的有效性及安全性,选取贵州省罗甸县中医医院2020年7月—2022年7月收治的84例输尿管结石伴肾积水患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各有42例患者,其中,参照组实施硬镜气压弹道碎石术治疗,研究组实施输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗。对比两组患者碎石成功率、相关治疗指标、应激反应、肾功能及并发症。结果显示,研究组碎石成功率高于参照组,但对比无统计学差异(P>0.05);研究组患者手术时间、血尿时间、住院时间均短于参照组,促肾上腺皮质激素、皮质醇水平、C-反应蛋白、胱抑素C及血肌酐指标低于参照组,且并发症总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,实施输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗,可积极缩短相关治疗时间,降低机体应激反应,利于术后肾脏功能恢复,且其术式较为安全。
To investigate the efficacy and safety of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi with Hydronephrosis.Eighty four patients with ureteral calculi and Hydronephrosis who were admitted to the Luodian Country Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guizhou Province from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups with 42 patients in each group.The reference group was treated with rigid endoscope pneumatic lithotripsy,and the research group was treated with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.Compare the success rate of lithotripsy,relevant treatment indicators,stress response,renal function,and complications between the two groups of patients.The results showed that the success rate of lithotripsy in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,but there was no statistically significant difference in comparison(P>0.05);The operation time,hematuria time and hospital stay of the patients in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the levels of Adrenocorticotropic hormone,cortisol,C-reactive protein,Cystatin C and serum creatinine were lower than those in the reference group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Research has found that implementing ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy can actively shorten the relevant treatment time,reduce the body’s stress response,and facilitate postoperative renal function recovery,with a safer surgical procedure.
