摘要
围产期是奶牛生产周期中最关键的阶段,其特点是免疫系统的损害,多数奶牛在围产期间都要经历肝脏功能下降和严重的氧化应激,造成细胞损伤,随后出现慢性炎症反应。蛋氨酸作为奶牛的第一限制性氨基酸,最近的多项研究均强调了其在免疫代谢上的潜力。本文从氧化应激、肝脏功能、炎症状态和中性粒细胞吞噬作用四个方面,分析了围产期补充蛋氨酸对奶牛免疫状态的影响。
The transition period is the most critical phase of the dairy cattle production and is characterized by impairment of the immune system,with most cows experiencing reduced liver function and severe oxidative stress during the perinatal period,resulting in cellular damage and subsequent chronic inflammatory responses.Several recent studies have highlighted the potential of methionine,the first limiting amino acid for cows,in immune metabolism.In this paper,we analyzed the effect of methionine supplementation in the periparturient period on the immune status of cows in four directions:oxidative stress,liver function,inflammatory status and neutrophil phagocytosis.
