摘要
[目的/意义]解构学术社群创新催化能力概念,测度并分析图书情报与档案管理领域学术社群的创新催化能力。[方法/过程]构建学术社群创新催化能力测度模型,以Web of Science核心集为数据源,基于作者研究兴趣相似性识别学术社群,利用测度模型测度并分析图书情报与档案管理领域学术社群的创新催化能力。[结果/结论]学术社群创新催化能力具有二维结构,可从内生性溢出催化和外生性扩散催化两方面进行综合测度。在图书情报与档案管理领域学术社群中,催化者在学术创新活动中均能发挥较强的催化作用,且高水平催化者还具有跨社群特性。学术社群创新催化能力测度模型能够较为准确地识别学术社群中的核心成员。
[Purpose/significance]This paper deconstructs the concept of academic community innovation catalytic ability,measures and analyzes the innovation catalytic ability of academic communities in the field of Library and Information Science.[Method/process]We construct a measurement model of academic community innovation catalytic ability,using the Web of Science core collection as the data source,identify academic communities using author research interest similarity,measure and analyze their innovation catalytic ability using the measurement model.[Result/conclusion]The academic community innovation catalytic ability has a two-dimensional structure that can be comprehensively measured from the aspects of endogenous spillover catalysis and exogenous diffusion catalysis.In the academic communities of Library and Information Science,catalysts can play a strong catalytic role in academic innovation activities,and high-level catalysts also have cross-community characteristics.The measurement model of academic community innovation catalytic ability can accurately identify the core members of academic communities.
