解淀粉芽孢杆菌产酶特性及其抑制禾谷镰刀菌性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]深入了解生防菌发挥作用的方式。[方法]对从土壤中分离的解淀粉芽孢杆菌的产酶活性和生防菌功能展开研究,采用产生透明圈的方法检测解淀粉芽孢杆菌生产纤维素酶的功能,用牛津杯法检测解淀粉芽孢杆菌对植物致病菌禾谷镰刀菌的抑制作用。[结果]解淀粉芽孢杆菌能够产生分解纤维素的纤维素酶,纤维素酶活性可以达到26.86 U/mL,并且它能够抑制禾谷镰刀菌的生长,而且生长代谢产物浓度越浓抑制效果越明显,未经稀释的菌液抑菌效价可达到465 mm/mL。[结论]该研究为解淀粉芽孢杆菌的实际应用提供了理论基础和实践指导。 [Objective]To understand the ways of biocontrol bacteria play a role.[Method]The enzyme activity and biocontrol function of B.amyloliquefaciens isolated from soil were studied.The function of B.amyloliquefaciens producing cellulase was detected by transparent circle method,and the inhibitory effect of B.subtilis on F.graminearum,a plant pathogen,was detected by Oxford cup method.[Result]B.amyloliquefaciens could produce cellulase that it could decompose cellulose,and the cellulase activity could reach 26.86 U/mL.Moreover,it could inhibit the growth of F.graminearum,and the thicker the concentration of growth metabolites,the more obvious the inhibition effect was.The bacteriostatic titer of undiluted bact erial solution could reach 465 mm/mL.[Conclusion]This study provides a theoretical basis and practi⁃cal guidance for the practical application of B.amyloliquefaciens.
