基于改进TOPSIS方法的步枪多方案决策

摘要 提出一种基于组合赋权和广义马氏距离的改进TOPSIS方法。将灰靶方法与TOPSIS方法相结合,采用灰靶贡献度与专家打分法结合的方法确定指标组合权重,利用广义马氏距离替代欧氏距离,对传统TOPSIS方法进行了改进,对枪械多方案进行评估验证。最后对国内外10种7.62 mm步枪方案进行了分析对比,验证了方法的合理性与可行性。所提方法完善了TOPSIS决策方法体系,为解决多指标方案决策问题提供了新的思路。 This paper proposes an improved TOPSIS method based on the combination weighing and generalized Mahalanobis distance.This method combines the gray target method and the TOPSIS method,determines the index combination weights by combining the gray target contribution degree and expert scoring method,uses generalized Mahalanobis distance to replace Euclidean distance,improves the traditional TOPSIS method and evaluate the multiple solutions of firearms.Finally,10 domestic and foreign 7.62 mm rifle solutions are analyzed and compared to verify the rationality and feasibility of the method.The method in this paper further improves the TOPSIS decision making method system and provides a new idea for solving the decision making problem of multiple index solutions.
