摘要
复杂电子装备在机动场景下故障描述呈现文本化、定性化的特点,基于交互式诊断引擎和C/S架构,采用问答式、选择式和查阅式交互方法,分析和研究应用正反向模糊推理、故障树算法和诊断规则提取算法,依托诊断知识库和案例库,构建复杂电子装备故障智能化诊断系统。该系统由一个诊断中心和多个本地交互式故障诊断前端构成,可联网更新,也可离线使用,对复杂电子装备故障的预判分析、诊断与维修起到重要的指导作用。
In a mobile scene,the fault description of complex electronic equipment presents textual and qualitative characteristics.Based on the interactive diagnosis engine and C/S architecture,this paper analyzes and studies forward and backward fuzzy inference algorithm,fault tree algorithm and diagnosis rule extraction algorithm by adopting question-and-answer method,selective method and look-up interaction method.Based on diagnosis knowledge base and case base,an intelligent fault diagnosis system of the complex electronic equipment is constructed.It consists of a diagnosis center and several local interactive fault diagnosis front ends,which can be updated online or used offline.It also plays an important guiding role in prediction analysis,diagnosis and maintenance of complex electronic equipment faults.
