摘要
动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)是一种慢性炎症疾病,其发病与炎症反应、脂质积累密切相关,但AS的具体发病机制仍未得到完整阐述。研究表明,氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白(oxidized low-density lipoprotein,ox-LDL)可通过促细胞焦亡、调节miRNA、激活血小板、诱导线粒体功能障碍、损伤内皮细胞、诱导巨噬细胞氧化应激、促进炎症反应等途径参与AS的发生、发展。近年来,ox-LDL与AS间的相关性成为研究热点,且ox-LDL通过作用于细胞器、核糖核酸及细胞受体等参与AS的进程也逐渐得到了学者的关注。在中医学中,AS归属于“脉痹”“胸痹”等范畴,中药因其安全性高、不良反应少,可通过多靶点、多途径协同发挥对AS的治疗作用而受到了众多医家的重视。基于此,该文从细胞器、核糖核酸及细胞受体角度出发,探讨ox-LDL与AS的内在联系及中医药调控机制,以期为临床防治AS提供思路。
Atherosclerosis(As)is a chronic inflammatory disease.Its pathogenesis is closely related to inflammatory reaction and lipid accumulation,but the specific pathogenesis of AS has not been fully described.Studies have shown that oxidized low density lipoprotein(ox-LDL)can participate in the occurrence and development of AS by promoting cell death,regulating miRNA,activating platelets,inducing mitochondrial dysfunction,damaging endothelial cells,inducing oxidative stress in macrophages,and promoting inflammatory response.In recent years,the correlation between ox-LDL and AS has become a research hotspot,and the involvement of ox-LDL in the occurrence and development of AS by acting on organelles,ribonucleic acid and cellular receptor has gradually attracted scholars'attention.In traditional Chinese medicine,AS belongs to the categories of"vessel impediment"and"chest apoplexy".Traditional Chinese medicine has attracted the attention of many doctors because of its high safety and less adverse reactions,and can play a synergistic role in the treatment of AS through multiple targets and channels.Based on this,from the perspective of organelles,ribonucleic acid and cellular receptor,this paper discusses the internal relationship between ox-LDL and AS and the regulation mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine,and makes this review,in order to provide ideas for clinical prevention and treatment of AS.
