摘要
功能性腹痛综合征(functional abdominal pain syndrome,FAPS)作为一种持续、反复发作的慢性疼痛疾病,成人及儿童全球发病率较高,且呈逐年上升之势。该病发病机制复杂,由多因素共同促成,其中内脏高敏性、菌群-肠-脑轴互动及社会心理因素与FAPS的发生、发展密切相关。目前西医以镇痛、抗焦虑抑郁、心理治疗等为主要疗法,其疗效欠佳,且容易反复,给患者身心健康及家庭经济带来了沉重负担。研究显示,中药单体、中药复方及中医外治能够多途径、多靶点、多效应地干预FAPS,具有西医无法替代的显著优势,但目前尚缺乏中医药干预FAPS的系统综述。因此,该文综述了FAPS的发病机制及中医药治疗的研究进展,以期为FAPS的治疗及新药的研发提供思路。
Functional abdominal pain syndrome(FAPS)is a persistent,recurrent chronic pain disorder.Its global incidence in adults and children is high and is increasing year by year.The pathogenesis of the disease is complex and is contributed by a combination of factors,among which visceral hypersensitivity,flora-gut-brain-axis interaction and psychosocial factors are closely related to the occurrence and development of FAPS.At present,Western medicine takes analgesia,anxiolytic depression,psychological therapy,etc.as the main therapy,which has poor efficacy and is easy to repeat,which brings great pressure to the physical and mental health of patients and the economic burden of the family.Many studies have shown that TCM monomers,TCM compounds and TCM external treatment can be multi-way,multi-target,multi-effect intervention FPAS,which has significant advantages that Western medicine cannot replace,but there is still a lack of TCM intervention FAPS system review.Therefore,this paper in order to provide ideas for the treatment of FPAS and the research and development of new drugs.
