摘要
目的:研究分析公共卫生服务中中医药健康项目管理的应用价值及作用。方法:2022年6月-2022年12月,门诊就诊消化内科患反流性胃炎患者随机选择200例,奇偶数分配,对照组行常规用药,实验组行中医药健康项目管理,分析作用。结果:疾病诊疗情况,诊疗开展后,实验组疾病康复率较高(P<0.05),相比对照组,复诊次数实验组略低(P<0.05),疾病诊疗时长、疾病治疗费用等,均以实验组数据较低(P<0.05)。结论:公共卫生服务中,中医药健康项目管理的开展,有助于增进患者疾病康复率,缩短其疾病诊疗时长、降低其疾病治疗费用,有积极影响。
Objective:To study and analyze the application value and role of TCM health project management in public health services.Methods:From June 2022 to December 2022,200 patients with reflux gastritis were randomly selected in the outpatient department,the control group received routine medication,and the experimental group underwent TCM health project management and analysis.Results:Disease diagnosis and treatment.After the diagnosis and treatment,the recovery rate of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05),the number of return visits was slightly lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the duration of disease diagnosis and treatment and the cost of the experimental group were all lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:In public health services,the development of TCM health project management helps to improve the disease recovery rate of patients,shorten the duration of their disease diagnosis and treatment,and reduce the cost of their disease treatment,which has a positive impact.
