摘要
目的探讨纤维桩树脂核联合光固化复合树脂修复老年人前牙残根残冠的临床价值。方法保留前牙残根残冠的72例老年患者(80颗患牙)为研究对象,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组36例(40颗)。实验组采用纤维桩树脂核联合光固化复合树脂修复,对照组采用铸造金属桩核联合烤瓷冠修复。对比两组修复成功率、就诊次数、修复体性价比满意度,观察两组修复失败类型。结果术后24个月,两组修复成功率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组修复性价比满意度97.22%高于对照组的80.56%,就诊次数(2.85±0.36)次低于对照组的(4.98±0.28)次,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组共修复失败2颗,其中继发龋1颗、冠折1颗;对照组共修复失败1颗,为桩冠脱落。结论纤维桩树脂核联合光固化复合树脂修复在老年患者前牙残根残冠保留治疗中具有较高的成功率,可以减少患者就诊次数,修复性价比满意度较高,有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To discuss the clinical value of fiber post-resin core combined with light-curing composite resin for restoration of residual roots and crowns of anterior teeth in the elderly.Methods A total of 72 elderly patients(80 affected teeth)who retained the residual roots and crowns of anterior teeth were studied,and the patients were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 36 cases(40 teeth)in each group.The experimental group was restored with fiber post-resin core in combination with light-curing composite resin,and the control group was restored with cast metal pile core in combination with porcelain crown.The success rate of restoration,the number of visits and the satisfaction with the cost performance of the prosthesis were compared between the two groups,and the types of restoration failures were observed.Results 24 months after surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in the success rate of restoration between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction rate with the cost performance of the prosthesis was 97.22%in the experimental group,which was higher than that of 80.56%in the control group;the number of visits of(2.85±0.36)times in the experimental group was lower than that of(4.98±0.28)times in the control group;the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,there were 2 restoration failures,including 1 secondary caries and 1 crown fracture;in the control group,there was 1 restoration failure,which was pile crown loss.Conclusion Fiber post-resin core combined with light-curing composite resin has a high success rate in the retention treatment of residual roots and crowns of anterior teeth in elderly patients,and can reduce the number of visits of patients,has a high satisfaction with cost performance of the prosthesis,which has a certain clinical application value.
