摘要
为了研究注浆改造对五沟煤矿二采区近含水层下薄基岩煤层开采安全的影响,采用FLAC 3D进行数值模拟,选取合适的注浆推进距离进行覆岩应力场、覆岩位移场和覆岩塑性区的对比分析。对治理段采用泥灰比1∶1,注浆孔间距取60 m,注浆方式采用分段上行式,最终压达到5 MPa且流量小于80 L/min标志着注浆结束,并且维持不小于30 min,初步方案设计42个注浆孔和38个检查孔。结果显示,“四含”注浆后应力、位移、破坏和渗透流动性与注浆前相比显著减小,注浆效果明显。
In order to study the influence of grouting transformation on the mining safety of thin bedrock coal seam under the near aquifer in No.2 mining area of Wugou Coal Mine,FLAC 3D was used for numerical simulation,and the appropriate grouting advance distance was selected for the comparative analysis of overburden stress field,overburden displacement field and overburden plasticity zone.For the treatment section,the ratio of mud to ash was 1∶1,the spacing between grouting holes was 60 m,and the grouting method was segmented upward,by which the final pressure reached 5 MPa and the flow rate was less than 80 L/min to mark the end of grouting,and the maintenance was not less than 30 min.42 grouting holes and 38 inspection holes were designed in the preliminary scheme.The results showed that the stress,displacement,damage and permeability mobility were significantly reduced after four-inclusive grouting compared with that before grouting,and the grouting effect was obvious.
