摘要
目的探讨卡通形便利贴结合数字显示法在针刺患者中的应用效果。方法选择2021年7月至2022年7月住院的针刺患者120例作为对象,随机数字表法分为两组,各60例。对照组采用常规方法干预,观察组在对照组的基础上采用卡通形便利贴结合数字显示法干预,7 d护理后评估患者效果,比较两组自我效能、满意度、不良事件发生率。结果两组护理前自我效能无统计意义(P>0.05);两组护理7 d后自我效能得到明显提高;观察组护理7 d后自我技能、自护责任感、自我概念、健康知识评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理7d后护理方法、护理效果、护理内容、服务态度及护患沟通满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理期间藏针、漏针、遗针发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论卡通形便利贴结合数字显示法操作相对简单,随身携带,取材亦相对方便,便于医院推广应用,且颜色鲜艳,能获得良好的视觉效果;定位部位准确、进针数量明显,一目了然,能节约下一位患者的等待时间,提高工作效率,可增加医院病源,创造良好的经济效益。卡通形便利贴结合数字显示法用于住院针刺患者中,有助于提高患者自我效能,可获得较高的满意度,能降低遗针及漏针等不良事件发生率,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of cartoon-shaped post-it notes combined with digital display in acupuncture patients.Methods A total of 120 hospitalized patients with acupuncture from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group was intervened with conventional methods,while the observation group was intervened with cartoon-shaped post-it notes combined with digital display method on the basis of the control group.After 7 days of nursing,the effects of patients were evaluated,and the self-efficacy,satisfaction and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistical significance in self-efficacy before nursing between the two groups(P>0.05).The self-efficacy of the two groups was significantly improved after 7 days of nursing.The scores of self-skills,self-care responsibility,self-concept and health knowledge in the observation group after 7 days of nursing were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing method,nursing effect,nursing content,service attitude and nurse-patient communication satisfaction of the observation group after 7 days of nursing were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of needle hiding,needle leakage and needle missing during nursing in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cartoon-shaped post-it notes combined with digital display method are relatively simple to operate,carry with you,and the materials are relatively convenient,which is convenient for hospital promotion and application,and the color is bright,and can obtain good visual effects.Accurate location,obvious number of needles,clear,can save the waiting time of the next patient,improve work efficiency,can increase the source of hospital diseases,create good economic benefits.The application of cartoon-shaped post-it notes combined with digital display method in hospitalized acupuncture patients is helpful to improve the self-efficacy of patients,obtain high satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of adverse events such as needle loss and needle leakage,which is worthy of promotion and application.
