摘要
目的探索抗菌药物强化管理措施在妇科围手术期抗菌药物合理应用中的可行性,寻求适合国情的围手术期使用抗菌药物的干预模式。方法抽取2021年1~12月妇科住院手术病例100例作为对照组,未对其进行抗菌药物强化管理,抽取2022年1~12月病例100例作为试验组,采取抗菌药物强化管理,比较两组的抗菌药物使用情况、临床指标及比较妇科住院部年度抗菌药物使用强度。结果试验组住院总费用(32154.82±7076.22)元、住院天数(11.50±3.84)d较对照组的住院总费用(34678.58±9773.80)元、住院天数(13.58±4.02)d明显降低(P<0.05)。试验组围手术期抗菌药物准确率(95.00%)明显高于对照组(65.00%)(P<0.05)。2022年度妇科病房抗菌药物使用强度为52.69,较2021年度(64.85)明显下降。结论妇科围手术期抗菌药物强化管理可提高抗菌药物合理利用率,一定程度上节省医疗资源,具有临床推广意义。
Objective To explore the feasibility of intensive management of antibiotics during perioperative period of gynecology,and to seek the intervention mode of suitable perioperative antibiotics.Methods A total of 100 gynecological inpatient surgery cases from January to December 2021 were selected as the control group,and no antibacterial drugs were intensified,and 100 cases from January to December 2022 were selected as the experimental group,and antibacterial drugs were used to strengthen management,and the antibacterial drug use indicators of the two groups,clinical index and the annual intensity of antibacterial drugs were compared.Results The total hospitalization cost of the experimental group(32154.82±7076.22),hospitalization days(11.50±3.84)decreased significantly from the control group(34678.58±9773.80)and(13.58±4.02)days(P<0.05).The accuracy of perioperative antibiotics in the experimental group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(65.00%)(P<0.05).In 2022,the intensity of antimicrobial use in gynecological patients was 52.69,which was significantly decreased than that in 2021(64.85).Conclusion Intensive management of antibiotics during perioperative period can improve the rational utilization rate of antibiotics,save medical resources,and have the significance of clinical promotion.
