摘要
为提升中国传统康复技术课程教学质量,以岗位胜任力培养为导向,通过明确课程建设思路、优化教学内容、完善教学资源、制订教学策略、开展混合式教学、采取多元化考核等措施进行课程改革与实践,培养学生专业技能、创新思维,提升学生岗位胜任力,取得显著效果。
In order to improve the teaching quality of traditional Chinese rehabilitation technology courses guided by the post competency cultivation,course reform and practice are carried out by clarifying course construction ideas,optimizing teaching content,improving teaching resources,formulating teaching strategies,implementing mixed teaching,and adopting diversified assessments.This aims to cultivate students′professional skills and innovative thinking,enhance their post competency,and achieve significant results.
