摘要
利用数据驱动的分析方法研究管理科学学科的科研团队,基于团队规模和科研年龄结构两个方面系统分析不同类型科研团队的影响力差异,并进一步分析科学家早期团队选择对其科研生涯发展的影响。以Webof Science数据库为基础,收集并整理了管理科学学科1952-2019年发表的218235篇论文作为样本数据。研究结果表明管理科学学科团队规模呈现逐年上升的态势,大规模科研团队数量和占比均不断增加并占据核心地位;科研影响力随团队规模递增,近几年大规模科研团队的科研影响力平均水平显著高于小规模科研团队,其中独立科研团队平均影响力大幅低于全体平均水平;科研年龄结构方面,高平均科研年龄、高科研年龄差异的科研团队影响力平均水平高于其他类型科研团队;科研生涯较长的科学家早期合作者平均科研年龄和科研年龄差异均低于同时代科研生涯较短的科学家。
Using the data-driven analytical methods to study the research teams in management science,this paper systematically analyzes differences in the impact of different types of research teams based on team size and academic age structure,and further analyzes the impact of scientists'early team selection on their research career development.Based on the Web of Science database,218,235 papers published in management science from 1952 to 2019 are collected as sample data.The results show that the size of research team in management science is increasing year by year,with the number and proportion of large-scale research teams are increasing and occupying a central position.Scientific impact increases with team size,and in recent years the average level of scientific impact of large-scale research teams is significantly higher than that of small-scale and independent research teams,with the average impact of independent research teams being significantly lower than the average level of all teams.In terms of academic age structure,the average level of scientific impact of research teams with high average academic age and high academic age difference is higher than that of other types of research teams.The average academic age and academic age difference of early collaborators of scientists with longer research careers are lower than those of their contemporaries with shorter research careers.
