轨道交通学生顶岗实践管理模式探讨——以福州职业技术学院为例

摘要 根据《国家职业教育改革实施方案》的文件精神,职业教育校企合作模式将步入新的阶段。顶岗实践作为“工学结合”的教学模式,是轨道交通专业职业教育产学结合人才培养模式的重要形式。该文以城市轨道交通运营管理专业顶岗实践为例,分析其存在的问题,提出“两点三方四强”校企生协同育人管理模式,建立轨道交通顶岗实践信息化管理平台和基于轨道交通生产过程的质量监控评价指标体系,实现轨道交通顶岗实践全周期管理,为高职院校轨道交通专业群的顶岗实践管理工作提供参考。 On the basis of the guidelines outlined in the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan,school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education has reached a new phase.The integration of work and study through post practice is playing a significant role in the education process that combines production training and education.An exemplary case study of urban rail transit operation management was conducted,which highlighted the existing problems and recommended a collaborative educational management model.This model can be described as“two-point,three-party,and four-strong”.To ensure the full-cycle management of rail transit post practice,an information management platform for rail transit post practice was established,along with a quality supervision and evaluation index system based on the production process of rail transit.The findings from this study can provide valuable insights and practical solutions for the post practice management of the rail transit professional group in higher vocational colleges.
