摘要
难溶性药物由于溶解性和溶出度较低,限制了其在体内的吸收分布,进而影响药物发挥药效。固体分散体技术是改善难溶性药物溶解度、提高体内生物利用度的有效方法之一,该技术在制剂研发中已广泛应用。本文综述了固体分散体的常用载体材料以及制备工艺的研究进展,期望为固体分散体制备技术的研究提供参考。
Due to the low solubility and dissolution of insoluble drugs,their absorption and distribution in the body are limited,which affects the drug efficacy.Solid dispersion technology is one of the effective methods to improve the solubility and bioavailability of insoluble drugs,which has been widely used in the research and development of pharmaceutical products.In this paper,the common carrier material and preparation technology of solid dispersion are reviewed.It is expected to provide the reference for the research and development of drug solid dispersion.
