摘要
以助力磷酸铁锂正极材料项目节能减排为目的。基于咨询案例从项目选址、工艺方案比选、主要用能工序分析、主要用能设备等方面分析了磷酸铁锂项目节能减排路径。分析表明:磷酸铁锂正极材料项目节能减排,需统筹成本及自身应用场景,选用先进生产工艺路线,在项目实施全生命周期中全面贯彻节能减排理念,助力“双碳”目标。
The paper aims to help the lithium iron phosphate cathode material project to save energy and reduce emissions.Based on consulting cases,this paper analyzes the energy conservation and emission reduction path of LiFePO 4 project from the aspects of project site selection,comparison and selection of process schemes,analysis of main energy consuming processes and main energy consuming equipment.The analysis shows that the energy conservation and emission reduction of lithium iron phosphate cathode material project requires comprehensive arrangement of costs and own application scenarios,selection of advanced production process routes,and full implementation of the concept of energy conservation and emission reduction in the whole life cycle of the project implementation to effectively help the"double carbon"goal.
