摘要
目的:探讨后疫情时代背景下,以培养高素质、卓越医学类专业人才为导向的医学免疫学课程思政融入的思考、设计及初步实践效果评价。方法:以医学免疫学课程为载体、立德树人为根本任务设计课程思政,围绕课程内容特点,分析疫情时期的课程思政融入教学现状,提出“一根本、两方面、三针对、四落实”的思路开展教学改革,并设计调查问卷,分析学生对课程思政融入的教学效果反馈。结果:通过分析来自临床、护理及助产等专业的同学对目前免疫课程思政融入的评价情况,80.99%的同学认为课程思政非常好和较好,可明显增强学生的国家意识、社会责任感、科学素养、创新意识及自我保护能力;同时也发现学生更喜欢通过临床案例分析、小组讨论及线上线下教师讲授等形式融入思政内容。结论:经初步的教学评价,在医学免疫学课程中施行“一根本、两方面、三针对、四落实”的课程思政融入方式,很好地实现了以点到面、助力大范围课程思政教学改革的目的,可有效地将价值塑造、知识传授和能力培养三者有机融合,达到“培养优秀、高素质、卓越医学类专业人才”的思政育人效果,为后疫情时代的课程思政教学提供借鉴和参考。
Objective:To explore the design and preliminary evaluation of integration of ideological and political education into Medical Immunology courses,with the goal of cultivating high-quality and outstanding medical professionals in post-epidemic era.Methods:Using Medical Immunology courses as a carrier,and moral education as fundamental task,design of ideological and politi-cal education curriculum was analyzed based on characteristics of the course content,current teaching situation of the integration of ideological and political education into the course during epidemic was examined,and a reform plan of"one foundation,two aspects,three targets,four implementation"was proposed.A survey questionnaire was designed to conduct a preliminary analysis of the teach-ing effect of integrating ideological and political education into the course.Results:Through the analysis of evaluation of the students from majors such as clinical medicine,nursing,and midwifery on the current integration of ideological and political education into Immunology courses,80.99%of students thought that curriculum ideological and political were very good or good,which could signifi-cantly enhance students'national consciousness,social responsibility,scientific literacy,innovation consciousness,and self-protec-tion ability;it was also found that students preferred forms such as clinical case analysis,group discussions,and teacher lectures both online and offline.Conclusion:Based on preliminary evaluation of teaching effect,the reform plan of"one foundation,two aspects,three targets,four implementation"in Medical Immunology courses should be further promoted,with the aim of promoting curriculum reform of ideological and political education at a large scale,which can can effectively integrate value shaping,knowledge imparting and ability cultivation,to achieve the ideological and political education goal of"cultivating outstanding,high-quality,and outstanding medical professionals"in the post-epidemic era,and provides reference for ideological and political teaching in the post-epidemic era.
