摘要
目前尚无理想标志物能真实反映实体器官移植受者的免疫功能状态。随着新物种的不断发现,宏基因组学在微生物领域,尤其是病毒学领域研究产生了许多新的见解。其中,细项圈病毒属(AV)因缺少某种疾病关联被称为“孤儿”病毒,在Anelloviridae家族中大量存在。Torque teno病毒(TTV)是最早发现和研究最多的人类AV病毒,也是人类病毒组中数量最多的真核病毒,受到广泛关注,可能是免疫功能的标志。本文将对TTV用于移植免疫领域的理论基础和临床应用现状进行综述。
So far,there is no ideal marker that can truly reflect immune function status of solid organ transplant recipients.With continuous discovery of new species,metagenomics has shown many new insights in field of microorganisms,especially in field of viruses.Among them,Anellovirus(AV)is called"orphan"virus due to lack of a certain disease association,which is abundant in Anelloviridae family.Torque teno virus(TTV)is the earliest discovered and most studied AV virus that infects humans,and also the most numerous eukaryotic virus in human virus group,receiving increasing attention and may be a sign of immune function.This arti-cle will review theoretical basis and current clinical application of TTV in field of transplantation immunity.
