摘要
以京津冀为例,构建京津冀地区人才-经济-生态系统耦合协调发展评价指标体系,利用耦合协调度模型,测算和分析了2012—2020年京津冀地区人才-经济-生态系统的耦合度和协调度,并利用Tobit回归模型对影响三系统耦合协调度的因素进行回归分析。研究结果表明:2012—2020年京津冀地区人才-经济-生态系统耦合协调水平呈上升趋势;从多系统对比的演变趋势看,北京始终处于综合发展最好水平,天津处于人才发展滞后状态,河北2012—2016年处于经济系统滞后状态,2017—2020年处于经济、人才系统滞后状态;从区域分布的演变特征看,北京始终处于耦合协调最好水平,天津其次,河北耦合协调发展缓慢。此外,经济发展水平、园林绿化水平、城市化水平、创新能力对三系统耦合协调度具有显著正向影响,而产业结构对三系统耦合协调度具有显著负向作用。
Taking Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as an example,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for the coupling and coordinated development of the talent-economy-ecosystem in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and uses the coupling and coordination degree model to estimate and analyze the coupling and coordination degree of talent-economy-ecosystem system in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2012 to 2020.The results indicate that the coupling and coordination level of talents,economy and ecosystem in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region showed an upward trend from 2012 to 2020;From the evolution trend of multi-system comparison,Beijing has always been at the best level of comprehensive development,Tianjin has lagged behind in talent development,Hebei lagged behind in the economic system from 2012 to 2016,and in the economic and talent systems from 2017 to 2020;From the evolution characteristics of regional distribution,Beijing has always been at the best level of coupling and coordination,followed by Tianjin,and Hebei,where the development of coupling and coordination is slow.In addition,economic development level,landscaping level,urbanization level and innovation ability have a significant positive impact on the coupling and coordination of the three systems;The industrial structure has a significant negative effect on the coupling and coordination degree of the three systems.
