摘要
校园欺凌卷入率高、伤害持久、影响广泛,已成为世界教育的治理难题。聚焦于社会、学校、家庭、群体、个体五个视域的研究结果存在着一定的矛盾。基于矛盾的反思,以系统论的思维重新认识校园欺凌问题。基于系统论的视角,建构校园欺凌的系统模型,论述各要素的内在逻辑,提出通过优秀传统文化厚植基础上的法制思维培育、人文精神熏陶基础上的道德教育、亲密关系提升基础上的人际交往能力培养、群体动力引导下的力量升华、冲突情景化解下的自尊提升五个路径来全面治理校园欺凌。
School bullying,with its high involvement rate,lasting injury and extensive influence,has become a difficult problem in the governance of world education.There are some contradictions in the research results that focus on the five perspectives of society,school,family,group,and individual.Based on the reflection of contradiction,we reconsider the problem of school bullying with the thinking of system theory.Based on the perspective of system theory,this paper constructs a system model of school bullying,discusses the internal logic of each element,and proposes five ways to comprehensively control school bullying,namely,cultivating legal thinking based on excellent traditional culture,moral education based on humanistic spirit,cultivating interpersonal communication ability based on improving intimate relations,power sublimation under the guidance of group dynamics,and self-esteem improvement under the resolution of conflict situations.
