摘要
仝小林院士结合现代解剖学将人体划分为顶焦、上焦、中焦和下焦,并提出顶焦脉的概念,即腕横纹及其以上脉。分析了顶焦脉的脉形、走向、态势及其在临床中的应用,认为顶焦脉的提出对于颈部甲状腺疾病、颈椎疾病、颈动脉斑块、脑血管病变等顶焦部位疾病的轻重及转归预后具有重要临床应用价值。强调病脉诊和态脉诊,既有联系也有区别,当疾病发展到一定程度出现态时,病与态就要互参。顶焦与顶焦脉的提出是对寸口脉学理论的补充和完善,将极大地丰富中医脉学理论。
Academician Tong Xiaolin divided the human body into top,upper,middle and lower jiao in combination with modern anatomy,and proposed the concept of"top jiao pulse",that is,the pulse at or above the wrist transverse stripe.This paper analyzes the shape,trend,state and clinical application of the"top jiao pulse";believes that the proposal of the"top jiao pulse"has important clinical application value for the severity and prognosis of diseases in the top jiao area,such as cervical thyroid disease,cervical spondylosis,carotid plaque,cerebrovascular disease,etc;emphasizes that there are both connections and differences between disease pulse diagnosis and state pulse diagnosis.When a disease develops to a certain extent and appears in a state,the disease and state should be mutually involved.The proposal of"top jiao"and"top jiao pulse"is a supplement and improvement to the theory of Cunkou sphygmology,which will greatly enrich the theory of traditional Chinese medicine pulse.
