教育信息化下中国特色学徒制“劳创协同”实施路径研究 被引量:5

摘要 教育信息化技术快速发展,给高等职业院校学生在知识和技能方面带来了更加高效、便捷、个性化的学习方式。在推进中国特色学徒制建设过程中,提升高等职业教育中劳动价值观、强化创新创业教育理念,是当前高等职业教育改革的重要任务。本文以省现代学徒制试点印刷媒体技术专业为例,将教育信息化技术融入中国特色学徒制的思政育人培养模式中,实现劳动教育、创新创业教育与专业知识和技能培养的协同融合,以提升学生的职业素养、专业技能及创新精神。在分析目前高等职业劳动教育和双创教育存在问题的基础上,介绍了印刷媒体技术专业案例的实施背景,梳理了“劳创协同”的运行路径、课程体系构建以及中国特色学徒制中教育信息化融合形式和方法,并对中国特色学徒制中教育信息化融合效果进行分析和评价。结果表明中国特色学徒制下的“劳创协同”路径,在提高学生职业素养、知识技能培养、创新创业能力等方面具有重要的实践意义,能进一步提升立德树人的思政教育效果。 The rapid development of educational informatization technology has brought more efficient,convenient and personalized learning methods to higher vocational college students in terms of knowledge and skills. In the process of promoting the construction of Chinese characteristic apprenticeship system, it is an important task of higher vocational education reform at present to enhance labor values in higher vocational education and strengthen the educational concept of innovation and entrepreneurship. With the provincial modern apprenticeship pilot printing media technology major as a case, the educational informatization technology was integrated into the ideological and political education training mode of Chinese characteristic apprenticeship system to realize the synergy and integration between labor education and innovation & enterprise education and professional knowledge and skill cultivation, so as to improve students’ occupational quality, professional skills and innovative spirit in this paper. On the basis of analyzing the existing problems in labor education and innovative & enterprise education in higher vocational colleges, the implementation background of the case of printing media technology major was introduced. The operation path of “Integration of Labor Education and Innovation Education”, the construction of curriculum system and the forms and methods of educational informatization integration in Chinese characteristic apprenticeship system was combed. The effect of educational informatization integration in Chinese characteristic apprenticeship system was analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that the path of “Integration of Labor Education and Innovation Education” under the Chinese characteristic apprenticeship system has important practical significance in improving students’ occupational quality, knowledge and skills cultivation, innovation and entrepreneurship ability, and can further enhance the ideological and political education effect of foster virtue through.
