摘要
为明确新疆乌鲁木齐县设施草莓根腐病病原菌种类并筛选出有效的杀菌剂,本研究采用组织分离法分离得到菌株,通过形态学和构建系统发育树(基于ITS和EF1-α)相结合进行病原菌种类和分类地位的鉴定,并采用菌丝生长速率法测定杀菌剂的抑菌活性。结果表明,引起草莓根腐病的病原菌为Fusarium concentricum,该病原菌为引起草莓根腐病国内首次报道;80%乙蒜素乳油对F.concentricum的抑菌效果最好,EC 50值为0.1116μg/mL,其次为20%三唑酮乳油和30%苯甲·丙环唑悬浮剂,EC 50值分别为1.1044和3.0470μg/mL。
In order to identify the pathogen species of strawberry root rot in Urumqi County,Xinjiang,and select the effective fungicides,the strains were isolated by tissue isolation method,combined with morphology and molecular biology(based on ITS and EF1-α),and determine the antibacterial activity of fungicides were determined by mycelial growth rate method.The results showed that Fusarium concentricum was the pathogen causing root rot in strawberries,which was the first report in China;Ethylicin 80%Emulsifiable Concentrate had the best inhibition effect on F.concentricum with EC 50 value of 0.1116μg/mL,followed by Triadimefon 20%Emulsifiable Concentrate and Benzoyl Propiconazole 30%Suspension Concentrate with EC 50 value of 1.1044 and 3.0470μg/mL,respectively.
