摘要 近年来,煤矿安全问题仍然十分突出,每一起安全事件都会导致巨额损失,这表明“一通三防”的执行力度和效果十分重要。随着煤炭行业的发展,人力资源的紧缺和技术的进步,煤矿的安全性仍然存在一定的风险。因此,“一通三防”的执行和完善,成为提升煤炭行业瓦斯控制水平的关键措施,从而确保员工的安全和健康。当前,煤矿生产应当重视矿井瓦斯治理,以“一通三防”为指导,加强对矿井瓦斯治理的研究,采取有效的措施,确保员工的生命安全,以实现更加可持续的发展。 In recent years,coal mine safety issues have remained very prominent,with each safety incident leading to huge losses,indicating the importance of the implementation and effectiveness of the"one ventilation and three prevention"policy.With the development of the coal industry,the shortage of human resources,and technological progress,there are still certain risks to the safety of coal mines.Therefore,the implementation and improvement of the"one ventilation and three prevention"has become a key measure to improve the level of gas control in the coal industry,thereby ensuring the safety and health of employees.At present,coal mine production should attach importance to mine gas control,guided by the"one ven-tilation and three prevention"principle,strengthen research on mine gas control,take effective measures to ensure the safety of employees’lives and achieve more sustainable development.
