摘要
为研究不同的水温对鲢(Hypophthalmichthys molitrix)血液生理生化指标的影响,该研究选用540尾市售的平均体质量为(736.0±20.0)g、体长为(45.0±1.3)cm的鲢随机分为6组,分别为温度1组、温度2组、温度3组、温度4组、温度5组、温度6组。每组鲢对应的饲养温度分别为12℃、16℃、20℃、24℃、28℃、32℃。每组90尾鲢,分3个平行小组,每一平行小组30尾。整个试验为期7d。试验结束后在各个平行小组中分别取3尾,采集血液用于血液生理生化指标的测定。结果显示,温度4组的谷丙转氨酶水平、谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、总抗氧化能力和三酰甘油含量均极显著地高于温度1组(P<0.01);温度4组的谷丙转氨酶水平、碱性磷酸酶和总抗氧化能力极显著地高于温度6组(P<0.01);温度1组和温度2组的谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶和总抗氧化能力差异不显著(P>0.05);温度2组的谷草转氨酶、三酰甘油显著高于温度1组(P<0.05);温度5组的谷丙转氨酶水平、谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、总抗氧化能力和三酰甘油含量均高于温度6组,但以谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、总抗氧化能力达显著性水平(P<0.05)。研究结果表明,饲养于水温24℃的鲢丙转氨酶水平、谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、总抗氧化能力和三酰甘油含量最高,最适宜其生长。
In order to study the effects of different water temperatures on the blood physiological and biochemical pa-rameters of chub(Hypophthalmichthys molitrix),540 commercially available chubs with an average body mass of(736.0±20.0)g and a body length of(45.0±1.3)cm were randomly divided into six groups:temperature group 1,temperature group 2,temperature group 3,temperature The chubs were randomly divided into six groups:tem-perature group 1,temperature group 2,temperature group 3,temperature group 4,temperature group 5 and tem-perature group 6.The corresponding rearing temperatures for each group of chubs were 12°C,16°C,20°C,24°C,28°C and 32°C respectively.Each group of 90 chubs was divided into 3 parallel groups,with 30 chubs in each parallel group.At the end of the experiment,three tails were taken from each parallel group and blood was collect-ed for the determination of blood physiological and biochemical parameters.The results showed that the levels of glutathione,glutathione,alkaline phosphatase,total antioxidant capacity and triacylglycerol were significantly high-er in temperature group 4 than in temperature group 1(P<0.01);the levels of glutathione,alkaline phosphatase and total antioxidant capacity were significantly higher in temperature group 4 than in temperature group 6(P<0.01);the levels of glutathione,alkaline phosphatase and total antioxidant capacity in temperature groups 1 and 2 were not significantly different(P<0.01).Glutathione,alkaline phosphatase,total antioxidant capacity and triacylglycerol were not significantly different between temperature groups 1 and 2(P>0.05);glutathione and tria-cylglycerol were significantly higher in temperature group 2 than in temperature group 1(P<0.05);glutathione level,glutathione,alkaline phosphatase,total antioxidant capacity and triacylglycerol were all higher in tempera-ture group 5 than in temperature group 6,but glutathione,alkaline phosphatase and total antioxidant capacity reached significant levels(P<0.05).The results of the study indicated that the level of alanine aminotransferase,glutathione aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase,total antioxidant capacity and triacylglycerol content were the highest and most suitable for the growth of chub reared at a water temperature of 24℃.
