摘要
云南某含锡多金属矿尾矿平均含Sn0.25%、S3.91%、Fe8.63%,为回收该尾矿中的有价元素Sn,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上对该尾矿进行了Sn综合回收试验研究。工艺矿物学研究表明,该尾矿中锡主要以锡石存在,但锡石主要分布在-0.028mm的微细粒级,且尾矿中矿泥和硫化铁矿物含量相对较高。浮选试验研究表明,采用“优先脱泥-浮硫-微细粒锡石浮选”工艺可实现该尾矿中微细粒锡石的高效回收,其中脱泥时采用80 g/t的石油磺酸钠作为矿泥捕收剂可实现矿泥和部分硫的同步脱除,浮锡时则采用200 g/t的Pb(NO_(3))_(2)作为活化剂、450 g/t的苯乙烯膦酸作捕收剂,闭路试验最终获得Sn品位为3.86%,回收率54.61%的锡精矿。
The tailing of polymetallic ores from a Sn polymetallic deposit in Yunnan Province has Sn,S and Fe contents of 0.25%,3.91%,and 8.63%respectively.In order to recove Sn-bearing minerals from this tailing,on the basis of process mineralogy,an experiment for the comprehensive recovery of this tailing has been undertaken in this paper.These process mineralogical results indicated that the tailing contains major Sn-containing mineral of cassiterite,which is distributed mostly in micro-fine sized(-0.028 mm)particles,.and relatively high content of iron sulfide.The flotation test shows that the efficient recovery of micro-fine sized cassiteritethe from the tailing can be achieved by applying a process of"preferential desliming-sulfur flotation-micro-fine sized cassiterite flotation"in which sodium petroleum sulfonate with a dosage of 80 g/t was used as the slurry collector for synchronously removing the slime and part of sulfur-containing minerals,the lead nitrate(Pb(NO_(3))_(2))with a dosage of 200 g/t was used as the activator,and the styrene phosphonic acid with a dosage of 450 g/t was used as the collector for the flotation of micro-fine sized cassiterite.The results of the closed-circuit test demonstrated that a Sn concentrate with the Sn grade of 3.86%and Sn recovery rate of 54.61%has been obtained by employing this flotation process.
