摘要
为提高靛蓝染色牛仔面料的耐臭氧色牢度,以四乙烯五胺和环氧氯丙烷为原材料制备含环氧基的氨基大分子缩合物耐臭氧色牢度提升剂。分析测试表明,其重均分子质量为43981,环氧值为1.0250,伯胺胺值为24.8120,仲胺胺值为86.4606,并体现出较好的还原能力。将耐臭氧色牢度提升剂用于牛仔面料的处理,当处理浴pH为11、温度为50℃、浸渍时间为20 min、耐臭氧色牢度提升剂用量大于2%(omf)时,可以使牛仔面料的耐臭氧色牢度由原来的2~3级提升到4级。
In order to improve the color fastness to ozone of indigo dyed denim fabric,the amino macro⁃molecular condensate containing epoxy group was prepared with tetraethylenepentamine and epichlorohydrin as raw materials.The analysis and testing showed that its average molecular weight was 43981,epoxy value was 1.0250,primary amine value was 24.8120,and secondary amine value was 86.4606,demonstrating good reduction ability.When ozone resistant color fastness improver was used for the treatment of denim fab⁃rics,when the pH of the treatment bath was 11,the temperature was 50℃,the soaking time was 20 min,and the amount of ozone resistant color fastness improver was greater than 2%(omf),the ozone resistant col⁃or fastness could be improved from the original 2~3 level to 4 level.
