摘要
共同富裕既是社会主义的本质要求,也是实现中国式现代化和个体全面发展的重要特征。在推动共同富裕实现的进程中,成人教育积极回应“美好生活”,助力学习型社会建设;通过建设教育补偿体系,丰富终身学习资源供给;在功能上有效阻断代际贫困,持续扩大中等收入群体;始终以完善个体生命整全性、推动人类命运共同体构建为己任。然而,面对促进共同富裕的时代诉求,成人教育仍面临教育目的、价值定位、人才培养、运行机制等方面与实现共同富裕框架不兼容的客观问题和发展局限。为此,需通过构建现代化成人教育体系弥合发展短板、推进成人教育均衡发展促进社会公平正义、着力破解精神文化贫困、强化创新创业人才培养等措施,推动经济社会高质量发展,走向共同富裕。
Common prosperity is not only the essential requirement of socialism,but also an important feature of realizing Chinese path to modernization and comprehensive development of individuals.In the process of promoting the realization of common prosperity,adult education has actively responded to the good life and helped build a learning society;it has enriched the supply of lifelong learning resources by building a compensatory education system;it has effectively interrupted intergenerational poverty and continuously expanded the middle-income group;and it has always taken it as its mission to improve the integrity of individual life and promote the building of a community of human destiny.However,faced with the demands of the era of promoting common prosperity,adult education still faces objective problems and development limitations in terms of education purpose,value orientation,talent cultivation and operation mechanism,that are incompatible with the framework of realizing common prosperity.In this regard,it is necessary to bridge the shortcomings of development by constructing a modern adult education system;promoting balanced development of adult education to promote social equity and justice;making efforts to crack spiritual and cultural poverty;strengthening the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents and other path measures to promote high-quality economic and social development and move towards common prosperity.
