摘要
探究土壤质地对山银花灰毡毛忍冬质量的影响,为中药材山银花高质量发展提供理论依据,本研究选取重庆秀山县有代表性的灰毡毛忍冬种植基地,采集黏土和砂土质地的灰毡毛忍冬“渝蕾1号”样品进行检测。结果表明,黏土有利于山银花灰毡毛忍冬的绿原酸、灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙和川续断皂苷乙的合成,其含量更高,与砂土比较,差异达显著或极显著水平;砂土有利于山银花灰毡毛忍冬的木犀草苷合成,其含量更高,与黏土比较,差异达显著水平。可见,土壤质地对山银花灰毡毛忍冬质量的影响显著。本研究结果对全国砂土和黏土并存地区规划种植灰毡毛忍冬,提升产品质量起到重要指导作用。
To study the effects of soil texture on the quality of Lonicera macranthoides,and provide a theoretical basis for the high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine,the representative planting base of Lonicera macranthoides in Xiushan County was selected to collect samples of"Yulei No.1"with different soil texture for testing.The result showed that the content of chlorogenic acid,saponin B of Lonicera macranthoides and Dipsacoside B of Lonicera macranthoides in cohesive soil was higher than that in sandy soil,and the difference was significant or extremely significant;the sandy soil is favorable for the synthesis of luteolin of Lonicera macranthoides,and its content is higher,which is significantly different from that of cohesive soil;the quality of Lonicera macranthoides with different soil textures in the study area is high.It can be seen that soil texture has a great impact on the quality of Lonicera macranthoides.The results of this study can be used as an important guide for the planning and planting of Lonicera macranthoides in areas where sandy and cohesive soil coexist in the country to improve the product quality.
