摘要
随着近年来数字技术的发展,海洋石油工程类企业亦处于数字化转型的关键时期,为了节省人力成本和推广无纸化操作,基于海洋石油工程建造项目的生产过程对相关工程管理方面进行了智能化系统的研究,提出并设计了一套完整的海洋石油工程生产管理一体化数据平台系统,通过该系统能显著提高各环节数据采集的效率和精确度。并利用大数据技术对生产过程进行分析和指导,提高了生产管理效率和智能化信息化水平。另外还对构建统一的工程技术类企业云平台提出了展望和分析。对生产过程智能化平台的研究可以实现海洋石油工程项目全过程的数字化管理,提高项目各环节准确性的同时节省大量人力成本,降本增效,提质创优。
With the development of digital technology in recent years,offshore oil engineering enterprises are also in the critical period of digital transformation.In order to save labor costs and promote paperless operation,intelligent systems have been studied for relevant engineering management based on the production process of offshore oil engineering construction projects,and a complete set of integrated data platform system for offshore oil engineering production management has been proposed and designed,the system can significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of data acquisition in all links.Big data technology is used to analyze and guide the production process,which improves the efficiency of production management and the level of intelligent information.In addition,the prospect and analysis of building a unified engineering technology enterprise cloud platform are also presented.Research on the intelligent platform of the production process can realize the digital management of the whole process of offshore oil engineering project,improve the accuracy of each link of the project,save a lot of human costs,reduce costs and increase efficiency,and improve quality and create excellence.
